Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vectrio website and tools at vectrio.dev (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Free non-commercial use

Vectrio tools are provided free of charge for personal, educational, and other non-commercial purposes. You may use the Service without creating an account. Details of allowed use, commercial fair-use expectations, and prohibited conduct are set out in our Fair-Use Policy.

2. Early beta / proof of concept

The Service is in active development and is offered as a proof of concept / early beta. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors. The tools are not yet ready for serious production or professional reliance. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of calculations, or uninterrupted availability. Design outputs, cutting layouts, and measurements are aids only and should be verified independently before any real-world construction or purchase.

4. Intellectual property

All application code, visual interfaces, 3D logic, nesting algorithms, branding, and related materials are the protected intellectual property of the author. Unauthorized duplication, copying, redistribution, scraping for reuse, or reverse engineering of the Service is strictly prohibited.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the Service or related systems.
  • Do not remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Do not misrepresent Vectrio tools as your own product or service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, materials, time, or profits arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
